A) Collect the items in person
  1. View our extensive range of product categories.
  2. Once you've found what you want, click the product image.
  3. Key in the number of items you'd like to buy, then click the "Order" button.
  4. Click category columns on left side to continue shopping if you wish.
  5. When you have finished shopping, click the "Buy Now" button to confirm the order listing in your "Cart".
  6. Fill in your personal information and click the "Next" button.
  7. Check the payment details and click the "Confirm" button.
  8. Fill in your credit card information / Alipay / WeChat Pay information and click "Submit" to proceed with the payment.
  9. Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you an email "Order Confirmation" for collection.


Remarks:
  • If the message of failure payment shown after the payment transaction process, please contact your credit card issuing bank / Alipay / WeChat Pay for enquiry.
  • If "Order Confirmation" e-mail cannot received within 3 hours, please email to [email protected] for enquiry.

For the protection of your interest, please bring along and present the following documents to our souvenir redemption point for the collection of your order and for identity verification. All ordered items have to be collected 7 days after and within 30 days from the "Order Date". (Exclude Special Promotion and Limited Edition products)

  • A print copy of "Order Confirmation" you received via email or present the "Order Confirmation" email together with the exact credit card you used for placing the order for signature verification. At the time of collecting your item(s), you will be required to sign an acknowledgement receipt. The signature you use must be the same as that shown on the credit card you used for placing the order;
  • A print copy of "Order Confirmation" you received via email or present the "Order Confirmation" email if you settled the payment via Alipay or WeChat Pay.

All the item(s) ordered have to be collected in one go and on the date specified in the invoice, otherwise it will be forfeited.

B) If you'd like to seek delivery service
  1. Once you've found what you want, click the product image.
  2. Key in the number of items you'd like to buy, then click the "Order" button.

  4. When you have finished shopping, click the "Buy Now" button to confirm the order listing in your "Cart".
  5. Select "SF Standard Express Service" , "SF Self-pickup Service" or "EF Locker Service" at specific S.F. Express store from the list or S.F. Express Courier service and fill-in contact details including your name, address, telephone number and email address, then click the "Next" button.
  6. Check the payment details and click the "Confirm" button.
  7. Fill in your credit card / Alipay / WeChat Pay information and click "Submit" to proceed with the payment.
  8. Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you an email "Order Confirmation" with S.F. Express waybill no. for collection.
  9. We will dispatch the order made within 10 working days to S.F. Express from the date the confirmation email is sent to you.
*Please be aware that we do not provide delivery service to overseas countries and territories.

  • Each order can only be delivered to a selected "S.F. Store Locations" or one local address.
  • S.F. Express will notify you with collection date and time by phone or SMS when the goods are ready to be picked up.
  • The delivery charge will include the courier service fee which is based on the charges of S.F. Express and a handling fee of MTR Corporation Limited.

If you choose to use the goods delivery service provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited ("SF Express") at your own costs, you will be directed to the website of SF Express which is unrelated to the Corporation. Your delivery service will be provided by SF Express and subject to a separate contract between you and SF Express. Your personal data will also be provided to SF Express to which the Corporation has no right of control or access. Before you choose the delivery service provided by SF Express, you should therefore read carefully the terms and conditions at http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ and the privacy policy at http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ of SF Express. The Corporation is not a party to the contract between you and SF Express and will not have any responsibility or liability arising out of the delivery service provided by SF Express. You should direct your enquiries and/or complaints on any matter arising out of the delivery service to SF Express for settlement.

Refund / Replacement of Damaged Item(s)
  • If you find your order damaged upon delivery, please inform us by emailing to [email protected] within 3 days upon receipt of the order.
  • To refund or replace goods that are damaged upon delivery, you shall visit our Tourist Services at MTR Admiralty Station (unpaid area) in person with the damaged order and delivery note. Only damaged orders that are returned within 14 days of receipt will be accepted.
  • Goods will be replaced once only. We reserve the right to reject any requests for refund or replacement after inspection of the returned damaged good and the supporting documents.
  • Refund or replacement shall not arrange for any artificial damage.


General Terms & Conditions

  • Anyone who could not present the personal identity document and provide the print copy or electronic version of “Order Confirmation” would not be accepted for redemption.
  • For product(s) which has/ have not been collected after the redemption deadline, subscribers will be deemed to have given up his/ her right for redemption. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
  • All the item(s) ordered have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed.
  • The submission of your order means you understand and have accepted our Online Shopping Terms & Conditions.
  • While we endeavour to reproduce the exact appearance and colours of our products on this site as the physical products, we do not provide guarantee on this. Changes to the photos and details of the products are possible without prior notice.
  • All items are available while stock lasts. No prior notice will be given if any items are sold-out. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any orders, without giving any reasons. If such case happens, we will attempt to notify you using the email provided when placing the order.
  • We reserve the right to amend and revise our sales prices, delivery charges and Online Shopping Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  • Your transactions with the MTR Website (mtr.com.hk) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You agree to submit any dispute arising from or in connection with these transactions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  • Regarding to the retention of data, we will keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the aforesaid purposes. Personal Data which is no longer required will be destroyed or anonymised as soon as practicable, unless their retention is required to satisfy any applicable legal, regulatory or accounting requirements or to protect MTRCL's interests.
  • MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
