Terms and Conditions
- Ticket must be collected within 92 days from the date of purchase and is valid within 1 month from the date of issue.
- Ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours starting from the recorded entry time of the first MTR journey.
- Ticket is restricted to tourists (non-Hong Kong residents) who have been in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.
- The Ticket user is required to present the Ticket with valid proof of tourist status for inspection by MTR staff at any time upon request.
- All the ordered Ticket(s) have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed.
- Ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or redeemed for cash once the purchase order is confirmed.
- To collect the ordered Ticket(s), customers must bring along and present the original "Order Confirmation" email (soft or hard copies are also acceptable) at designated Airport Express Customer Service Centres of Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong or Airport Station.
- Ticket users may authorise someone to collect the Ticket(s) on his/her behalf. The delegate must bring along and present the signed authorisation form, a copy of the "Order Confirmation" email or "Order History" and the delegate's valid proof of identity.
- No additional receipt will be given upon redemption at Customer Service Centres. For any purchase validation, please refer "Order History" on the website.
- Use of the Ticket within the MTR network is subject to the relevant By-laws and MTR's Conditions of Issue. The Corporation reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
